Project Details - Fun, sleek, modern pool with amazing features: cabana, fire bar, splash pad with LED lights, long dolphin slide, outdoor kitchen with retractable doors and a secret garden/play area for the kids. This 3 acre yard had drainage problems and was totally renovated by removing the old pool, cabana, swim up bar, patios and pond.  An elaborate drain system was figured out including a dry stream bed and bridge between the front entry and new driveway.  Collaboration between the pool, landscape and interior designers with the pool, outdoor living and landscape construction team was essential with weekly meetings for months.  The initial concept changed little, but many details did.  Two zones were created for the family.  The kid zone is off the porch with a large open lawn space, 21 jet splash  pad, tennis court, and fire pit.  The splash pad was centered on the front entry door and family room view. The PebbleSheen is Cool Blue.  A glass panel safety fence allowed views into the 2nd zone which includes the pool, spa, slide and double cabanas.  The style was to be clean and modern with details & colors of the existing home.  Precision at an extreme level was needed to match the 24 X 48 porcelain tile layout to the pool and patio layout.  Cabana glass door systems are 10 feet tall and with LED lighting on the ceiling and walls created a unique look and also hide the bathroom & storage room doors as well as the ac vents.  The most fun is the slide & overlook platform built in metal frame with wood steps and synthetic boxwood sheets so as to be understated as a 45' long slide can be. The secret room is created under and behind slide through the doorway.   The original Oak trees create the landscape framework and are accent with all new landscape plantings.  The family truly has a resort in their compound that they love every day and the splash pad runs every night whether there is splashing or not!  Photos by Mike & L Farley
